Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the website. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this Website. To the extent permissible by law all implied terms, whether by statute or otherwise, are excluded.

Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and place them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout Button' found on the menu, and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be to satisfy your order.

Orders are dispatched within 14 working days of purchase, however ACL VIDCOM dispatch goods twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and the average dispatch to customers is usually 5 working days. All goods ordered from this site are dispatched using the Royal Mail Delivery service. All delivery timescales are subject to availability. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

ACL VIDCOM do NOT see your Credit/Debit card details when you order on-line. Only your contact and order details are supplied to us by secure email. However, while every reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit or debit card details ACL VIDCOM cannot be held liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by a third party. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy. ACL VIDCOM use worldpay to securley process credit/debit card details.

ACL VIDCOM makes every effort to ensure that goods reach the customer in perfect condition. When returning goods as faulty, please send an accompanying letter describing the fault and where in the programme it occurs. ACL VIDCOM checks all returns, if the fault does not occur on our equipment the item will be returned to the customer. This does not affect you statutory rights. ACL VIDCOM will replace any goods that are found to be faulty within 28 days of the original purchase date.

ACL VIDCOM offer a refund within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of delivery if the goods are faulty. As they are customised items it can surely only be for faulty goods.
